What is a Sound Bath?

Unlike a traditional "bath" with water, a sound bath involves being "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are created by various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and sometimes even the human voice.
During a sound bath, you'll lie comfortably (or sit, if you prefer) as the practitioner plays these instruments, creating a symphony of sounds that wash over you. The vibrations penetrate your body, promoting a sense of deep relaxation and allowing your mind to enter a meditative state. The experience is often described as calming, soothing, and profoundly restorative.
What to Expect During a Group Session:

Non-refundable Setup Fee: $100 (paid upfront to secure your booking)

For a private event with 10 people:
