MEET Heart behind Harmonics of Life: Kateryna

Hi, I’m Kateryna, the founder of Harmonics of Life. I’m a sound and vibrational healing practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and a twice-published, award-recognized author with years of experience supporting people on their healing journeys.

My work draws from multiple holistic modalities, including sound healing, advanced tuning fork vibrational therapy, nervous system–focused approaches, and cognitive and emotional pattern work. I’m certified in Advanced Tuning Fork Vibrational Therapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and HeartMath, and I continue my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qi Gong.

I specialize in supporting people with physical imbalances, chronic pain, long-term stress, and emotional overwhelm, especially when conventional approaches haven’t provided clear or lasting relief. My sessions are designed to support nervous

system regulation, tension release, and whole-person balance—creating the conditions for your body to access its own healing capacity.

Clients often experience reduced pain and tension, improved sleep, calmer nervous systems, clearer emotional states, and a deeper sense of connection to their bodies. Many begin noticing meaningful shifts within 6–8 weeks of consistent sessions.

Every session is created with care, presence, and deep respect for your body’s own intelligence—because healing isn’t about forcing change, it’s about supporting the process your body already knows how to do.
